“The results have been underwhelming”

I had high hopes for this service, but the results have been underwhelming. The onboarding team was knowledgeable and friendly, and the CRM offers a good range of features. However, the leads I received were few and far between, and most did not respond to repeated outreach. The service has potential, but it needs to deliver more consistent value to justify the cost.
