“I start from zero every time we move”

I’m a military spouse so I’ve had my license in 3 different states now, which means I start from zero every time we move. That’s why I tried this. We moved to Texas in January and I got my first lead in February, a young airman and his wife, also military so we had a lot to talk about. They bought a small house off base in April. After that it was slower, maybe 1 lead every 3 weeks. Two were investors who wanted deals way under market, good luck with that. One fell through when the buyer’s job offer got pulled. The CRM is honestly more than I need. Taking off one star because there’s no way to pause when we move again, and we probably will next year.
