“Lead flow is my issue”

Been with them since July. 5 leads so far, 1 closed. That was an older lady selling her late husband’s workshop property, and it took forever because of a title issue, but we got there. 2 never answered and 2 are “maybe next spring” people. The landing page from their CRM is nice, I get compliments on it. Lead flow is my issue. Some weeks I check my email 10 times a day for nothing.
