I’ve been an agent for a long time and I’m not easily impressed, so take this as real praise. My account rep, Dana I think, actually picked up when I called on a Saturday. Lead quality has been mixed. One couple ghosted me after two showings, which happens. My only real complaint is the automated texts go out at 7am, which my husband finds very funny.
